(“Wisewk,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Notice and any other referenced policies (collectively, the “Terms”), create a legally binding agreement between you and Wisewk. These Terms govern your access to and use of all RuyiX products and services, including our websites, applications, and APIs (the “Services”).

2. RuyiX 服务 2. The RuyiX Service

We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. You agree not to use RuyiX in any way that could disrupt or impair its operation.

Should we do so, we will provide you with advance notice via in-app notification, email, or our website, giving you a reasonable period to back up your data.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to automate actions on any third-party service. To function, RuyiX may require you to grant permissions, such as accessibility access or screen recording, which you may need to re-authorize upon restarting the application.

All actions performed by RuyiX under your account are deemed to be your own actions. You bear full responsibility for any consequences or losses resulting from these automated operations. RuyiX should not be used for critical, high-stakes tasks where an error could lead to significant risk or loss.

5. 数据安全与存储 5. Data Security and Storage

The specific features, pricing, and terms of our subscriptions are detailed on our official website.

退款政策：Refund Policy: 对于年度订阅用户，我们提供六个月的退款申请窗口。您可以在订阅开始日期后的前六个月内随时申请退款。退款金额的计算方式为：从年度总费用中扣除已使用月份的非折扣价格（不足整月按整月计算）。此后，年度订阅费用将不予退款。 For users with an annual subscription, we offer a six-month window for refund requests. You may apply for a refund at any time within the first six months of your subscription start date. The refund is calculated by deducting the undiscounted cost of the months already used (any partial month will be counted as a full month) from your total annual fee. After this period, annual subscription fees become non-refundable.

However, you grant Wisewk a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, store, modify, and distribute your Input and Output for any purpose related to providing and improving the RuyiX Services.

All automated actions are considered to be performed by you personally.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
